JBC air-cooled SUS Blower Cover specifically designed for the blower air – cooling process/applications on extrusion machineries.
Heater band is open upto 60 % of surface area with perforated metal sheet, which ensures maximum surface exposure for better cooling. The heater band is covered with blower cover for blower mounting. Advantages of air cooling over liquid cooling includes low cost, easy replacement, low maintenance, no leakage problem and uniform temperature control.
